We hope you love your color-changing purchase. But, in case you aren’t satisfied, we’re here to help.

All Del Sol products offer a lifetime guarantee on their color change.

If you simply changed your mind about your product, customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return items to Del Sol with proof of purchase included. 

All returned items are the customer's responsibility to return to Del Sol, and the customer will be responsible to cover the shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return packages via any carrier method, however Del Sol recommends choosing one that provides tracking as Del Sol isn't liable for any returned packages lost in transit. Del Sol will not accept any Collect on Delivery items. 

For replacements and defective items, please contact Del Sol. Del Sol will cover the cost of shipping any defective or replacement items.
